Every Friday since January of this year Chef Patricia Williams and her team started dishing out amazing food at unbelievable values. It begun as a friends' gathering became a an event which you don't want to miss. Chef and her team prepare and cook the front of the diners behind the bar. For those seated at the table still can enjoy the masterful food preparations by taking advantage of the chef-cam and the large screen monitors behind the chef's counter.
Chef Williams creates a new menu every week with new wine pairings from around the world. Selection of wine is as good as the food being served. There are two seating, one at 6:00 p.m. and the second one at 8:30 p.m. Because the seating is limited, best to book in advance or call to see if there are any cancelations.
I don't think you can beat the price for the quality of the food served at the rate it's been prepared by the genius Chef Williams and her talented team.

Rillette de Canard -crème fraiche baguette, tomato kumquat compote
Leg of Lamb Slow Roasted -baby carrots, pearl onions, baby turnips
Tempura Shrimp -lemony foam, pousse pied
Strawberry Rhubarb Shortcake -vanilla whipped cream
Brownie Sundae -malted milk ice cream, smoked almonds
Each dish can be ordered with a wine pairing at $5.00 / glass.
