They don't make circular pizzas nor sell pizza by the slice. Pizza comes in more of an stretched out oval shape; from small to large, small being good for one person. Each pizza is made for order so you are going to have to wait about ten minutes, possibly longer if they are busy but it's worth the short wait.
I normally go between ordering the Margherita or the Lamb, Lemon Oregano pies (runner up would be the wild mushrooms with red onions). They are both delicious with that lovely crust with a hint of smokiness. You can order one of their signature pies or make up your own combination.
Most of the time I get them deliver it after work but some night instead of waiting for delivery I just walk in and as soon as you walk in you can really smell that gorgeous aroma coming out of the wood burning oven. If you eat-in you can also order beer, soda and wine (good $4 or better $6)
They also serve salads and pastas like the tomato and mozzarella penne a la vodka or the double cheddar cheese penne. To finish up your meal get yourself a nice cup of Ciao Bella gelato or sorbet.
At my last visit I noticed their mini fresh herb garden which you can help yourself with the fresh oregano, parsley, basil, thyme, rosemary, etc. on your pizza. I think it's pretty cook idea to have this mini garden and have the customers chop up some fresh herbs for their food. Just make sure you clean them before eating, some looked like had some dirt or soil on them.
